Guidelines for using this chart:

• In order to provide accommodations during standardized testing, the accommodations must be indicated on the IEP.
• Accommodations during standardized testing must be consistent with accommodations that are normally provided for the student in the classroom.
• Depending on the severity of the disability, a student may not need all of the accommodations indicated for that particular disability.
• Although standardized testing guidelines are similar, you need to consult the guidelines within the materials for the particular test you are using. It is possible to get accommodations that are not listed in the testing materials by submitting documentation showing why the accommodation is needed.
• This is not an exhaustive list of all of the possible disabilities and accommodations.
